Q: What is TN FLY CO?

A: Tennessee Fly Company (TN FLY CO) is a lifestyle apparel brand dedicated to sharing the heritage and spirit of the State of Tennessee and the surrounding area. We sell t-shirts, hats, stickers, etc.

Q: But you don't sell flies. And your company is TN FLY CO?

A: That's right. 

Q: Where can I buy TN FLY CO locally?

A: Right now, TN FLY CO is available on our website and in a small number of local, independent retail outlets. If you have a shop you visit regularly in your area, ask them about TN FLY CO. If they don't carry our products and you feel like they should, let them know. And let us know too at tennesseeflycompany@gmail.com.

Q: What are your shipping policies and when can I expect to receive my order?

A: We currently offer two types of shipping at tnflyco.com, standard shipping and USPS Priority Mail shipping. If you select the standard shipping option, expect for your order to be mailed out within 5-7 business days. From there, USPS typically delivers most orders with 2-3 business days at the most. Keep in mind, with our standard shipping option, your order will not include tracking. With USPS Priority Shipping, expect your order to be shipped out within 2-3 business days. Priority orders include both tracking capability and insurance. Most USPS Priority orders are delivered with 1-2 business days once USPS processes them.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Our return policy is simple: return your unused merchandise within 30 days and you will be granted a no-questions-asked complete refund on your purchase. The only requirement is to mail your item(s) back to us at your own cost.

Q: I saw an old style/color somewhere and was wondering if I could still order that?

A: Our merchandise is seasonal and ever-changing. We stock a few "permanent" items and rotate several other designs/color combinations throughout the year. Typically, once a seasonal item has sold out, it is gone. Occasionally we will bring back an old design, or come up with something else similar. Q: How do sizes run in TN FLY CO shirts?

A: Our shirts are all unique in that we currently print on several different blank items, so each style will run differently. We try to be as informative as possible in our product description to make sure you know exactly what you are getting, but please don't hesitate to drop us a line at tennesseeflycompany@gmail.com and ask if you are unsure. Typically our shirts will run a tad smaller than standard sizing, so when in doubt, order a size up.

Q: Do you currently offer "pro deals" or industry discounts?

A: Yes. Please email us at tennesseeflycompany@gmail.com if you are interested in participating in our Pro Staff Program.

Q: Are there currently any job opportunities at TN FLY CO?

A: Not at this time. As we grow and develop, we hope to be able to bring like-minded, talented individuals on board to grow our brand. In the meantime, if you are interested in helping, please email us at tennesseeflycompany@gmail.com and let us know.

Q: What about college ambassador programs?
